The Universal Heart: Meditation Video

What can we do in the face of suffering? Connecting to our heart softens everything. Rather than turn away from pain or indulge in it, this meditation practice helps us to discover that we are more than capable of meeting life with a loving sense of openness. We can begin to transmute struggle into compassion - for ourselves and for others.

There is a Universal Heart within each of us, that is shared by all. And it just plain feels good to connect to it.
